How to upgrade or downgrade your current plan
Change to a higher plan
When: Switching to a plan with a higher price is possible at any time, and will take effect immediately.
How: Currently this is not possible online, please contact the support.
Be aware: Old plans (Plus / Premium) which were deprecated at the end of 2023, need to switch to one of the new plans.
Change to a lower plan
When: Switching to a plan with a lower price is possible at any time, and will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How: Currently this is not possible online, please contact the support.
